Alamo Inn and Suites

We had a lovely 4 night stay at The Alamo. We were first assigned a room on the first floor right next to the busy road and with 2 small children the noise was a bit much. I mentioned it to the front desk and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They moved our room to the other side of the hotel immediately for no charge. The staff was very friendly and more than willing to go above and beyond. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable which was nice after long days at the Disney parks. The location was unbeatable. Quick walk to Downtown Disney. Denny's is right next door and the hotel has a 15% discount if you show your room key. We would absolutely stay here again, but I do recommend specifically asking for a room away from the road due to constant traffic unless you don't mind the noise and I would recommend bringing your own shampoo as the one provided isn't the best for long hair (kind of had a bug spray smell to it).

I LOVED it here. Check in was fast and easy; the 2 staff there that night were so kind and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at how big and clean our room was! Our room was right by the main road and it wasnt noisy to where it keeps us up all night. The free parking was one of the main reasons we stayed here as well as wanting to be close to Disney. It was about a 13 minute walk to Downtown Disney and was a very easy route! The rest of our stay, we took the ART bus to the park that stops near the Alamo Inn which was PERFECT for us especially after a long day of walking. Overall, I can’t wait to stay here again and I was very very sad to leave!

The hotel is only a 20 minute walk from Disneyland which was amazing! I really like how clean the rooms are and that they give you the option of housekeeping every day or every other day. It’s nice and quiet at night except for the noise from the street but that’s to be expected. The staff are very friendly and I had an overall great experience. I’ll definitely book here again when going to Disneyland.

Great value and nearby to Disneyland. We saw fireworks as we made our way to and into the hotel! Checking in was quick and receptionist was kind and friendly. Room was clean and spacious, but not very sound proof. Check out was convenient: called the front desk to let them know, left the key in the room and walked out. Unfortunately, WiFi didn't work the evening we checked in. It did the following morning though. And TV was difficult to navigate and we couldn't find a station to entertain the kids and gave up after a while.

We have stayed here four times now and enjoyed every experience. The rooms are clean, the staff are kind, and you can’t beat the short distance to Disney. Super affordable place. I always feel safe staying here and I will definitely return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here for the area the value is perfect! The front office staff is wonderful from the moment we checked in it was quickly, efficiently & professionally done! The room was very clean, beds comfortable. The small fridge, microwave, coffee maker was perfect for our stay. We were attending a conference at the convention center so easy & safe to walk. Loved there were different nearby places to eat & watch sports at Finneys on the corner! My niece soaked her aching legs in the hot tub to soothe! No complaints here only gratefulness for all the kind staff including service help excellent & always smiling!

We stayed here for a birthday trip for my girls. We were visiting the Disney parks and this hotel is walking distance to the parks (as long as you're okay with walking about a mile). The room was very clean and nice. We stayed in the two room suite with 3 full size beds. It was very comfortable. The check in and check out staff were very kind and accommodating and allowed us to leave our car in the lot post check out while we visited the park. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay near the parks or convention center. They also decorated the room with a birthday banner and balloons for my girls so they had a sweet surprise when we go in the room! (we added the dresses and backpacks)

Only stayed a few hours between a late day at Disney and a very early flight, but the room was much nicer than I was expecting based on the exterior and the price. Was impressed with the hardwood floors, comfy bed, and overall recently updated/refurbished feel. Staff was very friendly and held our luggage for the day. Walked to the parks easily. Would definitely recommend for a very reasonably priced stay if all you want is a place to sleep and an optimal location. We would stay again for sure.
